Connect TagFirst to your Delta DVP or AS series PLC, map your registers, and get live viewing, data logging and traceability — configured, not coded.
Delta PLCs are everywhere on Indian shop floors, and they're a first-class target in TagFirst. Configure a complete SCADA layer — live screens, logging and traceability — for your Delta machine without hiring a developer.
TagFirst-Solo (Phase 1) connects to Delta's common families using D register addressing over TCP/IP or serial.
| Series | Addressing | Connection |
|---|---|---|
| DVP Series | D register | TCP/IP, Serial |
| AS Series | D register | TCP/IP, Serial |
Enter the Delta PLC's IP address or serial port in the configurator, then map the data registers you want. TagFirst handles INT, DINT, REAL, BOOL and STRING types, auto-calculates addresses, and accepts tag lists uploaded from Excel. Bit-packed status words are auto-expanded with SPARE fill so each bit becomes a usable tag.
Map your tags, then configure logging to Microsoft SQL Server with auto-created tables. Layer on validation (prefix, exact, suffix, within, range, min/max), local duplicate checks with rework logic, and previous-station verification for multi-operation lines. Add label printing or dot-mark commands where you need part marking.
